Returns must be tracked + insured. Refund is issued after inspection to the original payment method. Original shipping isn’t refundable.

Refused / uncollected deliveries (e.g., duties unpaid, no pickup, wrong address): when the parcel returns to us, we refund the item price minus two-way shipping, carrier/storage/return fees, any import/export taxes, and a handling/restocking fee of 20% based on the artwork’s sale price.
