1920 Japanese Hanging Scroll - Plum Blossoms - Full Moon
Original Taisho Period (c.1920) Japanese Hand-Painted Hanging Scroll (Kakejiku)
Artist: Shodo Yukawa (1868 - 1955), was born in Wakayama prefecture. He was a student of Mitani Sadahiro and Suzuki Shonen (1848-1918). The artist was active mainly as a painter of bijin-ga. He lived and worked in Osaka.
Title of scroll: tsukini baika zu (Moon & Ume Blossoms)
