Mixed Lot of Edo–Meiji Period Shunga Woodblock Prints, 32 separate pieces in all
Offered here is a varied economy lot of original Japanese shunga woodblock prints, from the late Edo to early Meiji period (mid–19th century). Some of the artist featured are Keisai Eisen, Toyokuni, Kunisada, Shozan, Utagawa-school artists for the Edo Period surimono, along with some anonymous Meiji Period artists.
Sizes vary, the smallest being approximately 12.5 cm x 9 cm and the largest measuring 27 cm x 22 cm.
